Nisturm's GMod application

I'm posting here to apply for a position as GMod as there are a lot of fights going on at the moment and we have insufficient mods/gmods in my opinion. Of course, the GMods and the admins are doing a great job, but let's see, they probably have several reasons they can't be online too much, Stroh is doing a great job as admin, the others as well of course.

Well, I'm 15 years old, I got 569 posts and 478 reputation, I've been with D3scene for 1 year in total, active about 10 months. I know I'm not 16 and don't have 500 rep, but I'm close to both =P (and due to the current "lack of mods" if I may express it that way, I think exceptions are possible ).

As far as I know I got no infractions, and have never yet shown not to follow the rules, maybe one or two times, nothing fatal though.

I'm german, I speak french, german and english fluently written and spoken. I currently enjoy a good reputation with most of the members on D3scene.

I like to chat, I got no problems using Teamspeak or Skype to communicate if necessary, I can handle criticism quite well and I'm always trying to be friendly.

I sometimes overreact, but that doesn't happen too much, I got a certain amount and ability of self-control :].

I would not require any payments for my work as GMod, should I ever need a little money, it won't be much more than 3$. I just like to help the staff team, which I have experienced that it's not always easy to be .
