Why Paintball is More Physically Active then other sports in My Opinion

Paintball to me is the most physically active sport out there. You may think otherwise but as I said in the title. To be honest your gear can way a lot so you have to be very fit. When your playing pro you have to be fast, aware, and accurate. Being fast takes a lot of strength and can really ware you down some times. This can cause your awareness to lower. Being Accurate is the most important otherwise you might sit there wasting all your ammo and have to reload your hopper quite often. A game of speedball can be very challenging due to the fast paced guns involved. Speedball requires one strength. SPEED! When you see those balls go right past your face for the first time you'll be like holy crap. Just standing outside the arena listening can scare you enough that you won't play. Woodsball on the other hand is more of the accuracy game. Woodsball has more obstacles making it harder to be seen and see others. Those games can last very long. Sometimes you'll think that your not using your strength because you may be kneeling for about 5 minutes. It still is. You have to support the wait of all the gear with one knee and you don't want your complete knee on the floor you want your heel up and your knee off the ground for quick movement. Moving quickly in woodsball is a definite, but not always. If your out in the open you have a 60% chance of being seen and shot. This requires great awarness and speed. I hope these tips help and that you have learned something. Enjoy!
