I have started with university today and had 7 hours of mathematics (yes, 7 hours).

Within the 7 hours we have repeated everything school was supposed to teach us in the past 13 years. I actually lost my calculator in 12th grade and since then did not do anything in maths. Yes, the old well known teacher problem . Bad teacher = no fun.

I am posting right now from an Internet Cafe on Rodos in Greece :-). I will be back in 5 days, on the 24th.

Greece is awesome I am really enjoying the friendly people here. They are friendly and helpful.

Rodos itself is a beautiful island, the landscape is amazing. The east is really medittaranean with light blue waters and paradise-like bays. The west is really rocky and reminds me of the 101 in California.

We were able to rent a car (me and sarah)....

There is a really good university in Germany, a private one, named PFH. I was trying to get in there with a scholarship as else it is 700 per month.

I had to do a presentation of my business model and was then able to beat the competition :-). The business model included D3scene.com and my other websites.

This year I have somewhat traveled a lot. Two friends from the Netherlands (know them since I was 11, from Tribes 2 - awesome game) visited me at my place and then we went to Mallorca together. Has been really nice, especially because we rent 3 scooters and were thus able to explore Mallorca on our own.

2 days later I went out on vacation to Sarah, to Portugal. Has been nice as well, checking out the Portuguese culture and beautiful historic places.

Now that I am back...

I was tethering my iPhone as my electricity fell out here and then started calling someone via Skype. The quality was awesome although I was simply connected via 3G.

I felt like doing a Speedtest on Speedtest.net and here are my results whilst tethering:



That's around 150 KB/second which is more than enough for doing any sort of online activity.
