I would gladly contribute to this forum section with tuts and programs for "education purposes"

Cracks are warez and that is not allowed, + we have a downloading section named software otherwise it is a good idea.

Cracks can include lots of stuff...
Cracking programs arn't classed as warez
nor are the tuts

I support this as well but we can't do this.

Our advertising partners have clear rules of what they think should be on a website. Cracks and all that would violate our agreement which I can not do sorry.
