Question
If somebody will please tell me y I am at 10% now when I supposed to be at 33% it will be of great use.

I belive a Mod. Or sombody messed w/ my acct.

No. Most probably a moderator or an admin deleted a thread that you had posted in. That way you lost some posts, and as a result of that, you went down from 33% to 10%.

I hope that cleared it up.
