Minimum requirements for downloads

I have noticed alot of the new members only post once or twice. Im assuming they just download hacks then leave. I think there should be a minimum number of posts you have to make before you are able to download. I was thinking either 5 or 10 posts before you are able to download hacks. Not sure though. Maybe a mod has a better idea.

but, if you writ eto all "Hell i am XXX" threats one polst, with welcome, u have your XX posts.

If they dowload hacks, they will probably read the forums too. And if they see some intresting toppics they sure will post.

The only thing we could do is make the forums intressting. With tutorials, source-codes. Software, hardware discussions.

Post requirement is a stupid idea since it only will result in giving us tons of work ( Deleting spams) And we cant be on 24/7 ,

I personally think only the private members should have access to maphacks etc. but well its hendricius and bendiks choice
