Jammy Doger is an unknown quantity at this point
when i try and start COD4 with SiBot i get an error when its starting. Its says iw3mp has encountered a problem, can anyone help me?

You are probably using 1.7, it's designed for 1.5 and therefore, will not work with 1.7
