Its detected since 2 weeks form today but there is a method how to still use it and stay undetected
1. Launch CoD
2. Join server
3. Wait for pb authorization
5. Press ctrl+alt+del and run taskmgr
6. End punkbuster process
7. Run hack
8. Enjoy

This also doesn't work. The server kicks you for no PB heartbeats. Any other way to get this to work? This hack software is excellent. The compass hack is excellent! :azn:

There is a new free hack for 1.6 called Jagerbomb. Has tons of features.
