After you extract and execute it, it will open a window for you to point were your iw3mp.exe.
After you point were it is, it will execute the game
Press Insert to open the menu

The hack i downloaded worked fine but after some time playin in a server(say about 5 mins) it turns my cod 4 into a black screen and i have no option and have to close it.

And i also wanted to know that use xfire to join servers but while usin the hack i cannot join any server usin xfire.

Last and final can this hack be used in modded servers

If the game keeps closing, try disabling everything you can
I had to set my config to the cr@piest possible so it would stop crashing
Its like, everything disabled: Shadows, bullet impatacs.
A good way to do is use Optimal System Settings and set your resolution as you like, then everything should be okay
About the Xfire issue I dont know much :/
