i ripped this from a forum:
Call of Duty 4 Hackpack by - Double 'H' Forums
This -hackpack- is enabled for v1.7 call of duty 4.
Features Includes:
-Aimbot automatically aims for you
-Sniper Lasers laser coming from sniper so you can no scope
-Wall hack see enemies behind walls
-Multi Coloured Chams Hack set colour for enermies behind walls
-ESP Boxes showing enemy postition
-All Removals removes things like Fog, shaking, distance blur etc
-Minimap hack shows all enemies on the minimap (excluding HC Matches)

HOW TO INSTALL NOTES:
copy all files in the rar into your main Call of Duty 4 folder
start cod4 hackpack.exe
open iw3mp.exe
the hackpack main window should show, 'injecting..'
if successful it will say, 'Injection completed, press -insert- ingame to show menu'

Faq:
Q: cod hackpack.exe doesnt open! A: run as administrator or try to turn off your av and firewall
Q: the ingame menu doesnt appear! A: dont worry, go to our forums dou*****.org and download a newer copy of cd4hhph.dll
Q: i got banned! A: go cry, if u followed all steps u would not have been banned
Q: dous HH forums rock? A: YES IT DOES! Very Happy
