Problem with cs 1.6

well the other day my cs 1.6 started running extremly slow it takes forever to find like 3 servers and very slow when you click "server" it just takes ages.
My other games on my steam account work fine its just 1.6.

Also before this and well i still do have it these numbers @ the bottom corner come up and when i start a game the buy menu doesnt come up instead writing @ the left side saying:

1.Pistals
2.Shotgun
ect

It happens on EVERY server the menu never comes up this happend like a month ago but it wasnt running so slow.

The writing says stuff like

"4.0 FPS
iN 0 0.000 KS
out 0 0.00 ks"

ect.

Also thay used to changed alot in like half a second constantly changing but now they just stopped.

If anyone can help me then ill give you a

edit:Also i cant select team at all now and all writing in server is black

try to reinstall 1.6 and steam, i dont know if it will work, but u have to try something O_o
