Hey guys one question. If I create my own server, and run with some hacks for testing purpose only, do I risk being banned, even if I play with the bots??

if you just go "css"-->"create server"-->with bots and if you havent vac enabled in any way you can do whatever you want, even freeze you health/ammo with cheatengine


i dont know how to activate vac, but i can tell you its default disabled^^
