At first, it's detected, so it's not worth trying unless you want to get your account banned.
And I think since it's called "Adderhacks" it's a multihack with quite a few popular hacks, e.g. WireFrame, Aimbot, Wallhack (with model changes) and such.

How you know its detected? I'm still using it...

But its true, there are lots of cool small hacks in it, aimbot, wallhack, wireframe, no-flash, no-smoke, bunnyhop +++
