zBlock was first developed as an addition to the "CSP" server plugin, at this time VALVe had accidentally let a convariable slip that would allow players to "wallhack".
"CSP" (CAL Server Plugin) was a server plugin that enforced certain convariables that could either be exploited or created an unbalanced/unfair playing field.
Another feature of zBlock was to make CSP more difficult to bypass, however not too long after the original release, we determined that we could much more efficiently incoorporate CSP's functionality into zBlock- than to protect CSP's features from the outside. After which zBlock became the stand alone plugin we know today.
zBlock is now one of the most used CS Source server plugins all around the world, enforced in leagues like EnemyDown, ESL, Clanbase, OGL, CAL and CEVO, it's become a plugin you can't imagine CS Source without any more.

Rep Power: 1 | | | Tried re-installing, and starting from scratch, and deleting + redownloading a few times.
I still get the same shadowy blur that makes it impossible to play maps.
Also, this isn't just me because on the creators youtube video showcasing these materials, a couple other commenters had the same problem as me. |

Only problem is that it doesn't work on some original maps ie. cs_compund, cs_office, cs_assault etc. I have no clue wether it is my client or the hacks fault but I think it is the latter than the former. Still a good hack though, usually own it up on a 24/7 de_dust2 server. |

thats another thing, my dust2 walls are still solid while the other maps that work have the proper transparency.
Im assuming there is something seriously fucked with my CSS haha |

| just delete your whole! materials folder and afterwards create a new one. now put that Wallhack files in it. all other stuff will be downloaded on your next cs visit.

I did that a few times, probably on my 4th try today it finally fixed... dunno why it just worked now. Oh well, very useful! I also like how instead of not letting us play on sv_pure servers, it just reverts to original materials. Very nice. |

Though, It's not a problem for me as I usually use I-LoVe-it CSS Recode 1.0.
