Ok serious questions here:

has anyone checked to see if this gets logged on ECO anticheats? Or has anyone tried to test with aqueitas??

I know its a memory cheat and all, but those things checked based on programs you start or scripts you run AFTER css is running.

If you go to Kartoffel-Hack - Home you can see the line AEQ(ESL):
and I think the readme may mention esl and aqe.

I know there are some certain things you can do to use kartoffel in aqe/esl without being caught and what not. It was like a manual bypass instead of a coded method.

I want to say it was something along the lines of starting css, running kartoffel (after css with no options checked) join server, exit to desktop, restart css, turn kartoffel on, load settings, then join the server you want.
I think that was it, ever since kartoffel release v3.5 and redid their site I can find their forums and their discussions.

sinon is an unknown quantity at this point
well non of kartoffel hacks work right
by one i cant use speed, and when i have like: no scope,flash,smoke,recoil its still everithing there

have you tried using the most recent one?
v3.9 found here Kartoffel-Hack 3.9

also, you might have the hotkeys turned on so in order to toggle the speed and noflash on and off use the [<-] [^] [->] arrow keys
