Become UnMutable (SDK Base Games Only)

I figure since Valve again overlooks another exploitable item I shall help them. Using this command will make you unmutable. Your name won't show up in playerlist so nobody will be able to mute you.

The command is:

setinfo name ""

You must use this before you connect to a server, if you use it while in a server you have to type retry in console.

This will not work on OrangeBox games so don't bother, the name system works differently.

The exploit is for CSS/DoDS/etc, whatever game uses Episode 1 as it's SDK base.

why not just downloading a hack that auto change your name

Because, changing your name doesn't make you un-mutable, it's something else in the game, idk what.
