steamemu Changing SteamID

Hello everybody.

I have a slight problem. You see, I have extracted Counter-Strike: Source with an steamemu. It isn't an additional program, I can just start CSS from shortcut or hl2.exe and play on any non-steam server. But the problem is, I have a need to change my SteamID, which Steamemu gives out. On servers, you can see, that everybody has their own individual SteamID. It consists of 9 numbers. Since it's steamemu, I think it is changeable. Where could I change it? Where does it keep the steamid in? Because I reinstalled the game, but I had the same ID. I also deleted everything about valve/source/cstrike/steam in registry and reinstalled the game, but that didn't help either.

As far as I know it's 1 SteamID for ONE account!
There is no effect of reinstalling etc.

Yea, but the problem is, that I don't HAVE an Steam account. As I've said, there's no steam running or steam launchers, it's a stand-alone, extracted game with a simple steamemu.
