Server Banner Add

Ok guys i need your help (again)
i need some1 to make server add banner ...
it is server for CS 1.6 .
info i need on it:
-Savage Style CS (that's name of server)
-www.savagestyle.webs.com (website of server)
-24+2
-Public

that would be all (important)
i would be grateful if you add some "freestyle" on it (if you know what i mean)
only server name and website is important to be on that banner

dimensions:
width: 480
height: 72

That should be all....
i don't expect to be too good ... Just do what you can and i will be grateful for that
