What the heck is this?

I've wondered for a long time (and im sure more people than me wonder too)
When i look through the who is online list i see this:

Now, to my question:
Why is there a + behind DeadlySpeed and why is it a * behind Nistrum?
(Im guessing the * behind nisturm is because he is always ninjaing XD)
But what is the + for?
