Paying for hacks

Was just wondering what the d3scene community thought of what they get themselves into. Would one be more evil for stealing cd keys and hurting it for the next person to actually purchase the game, OR, paying for hacks that hurt people that are playing the game the way it was meant to be played!
My personal opinion is that CD key ripping is worse, it's stealing and stopping people from playing the game. (You could be denying someone who wants to play legit or maybe another fellow hacker?...)
Just something to think about!

stealing cd key
its quite obvious lol
Does d3scene promote stealing CD keys?...
Well if you steal CD keys someone's losing the money. You steal like 10 Starcraft 2 CD keys that's quite a lot of loss for the retailers since they prob get something like $10 profit on each key.
If the mods don't lock and close those threads, they are in a way endorsing or at least condoning it.
Who are the mods of this section of D3Scene? Kinda off the ball if you ask me. I've seen them overreact hugely to some threads and just not do anything about others. Anyone agrees or is it just me?
I work for a retailer. If you steal a cd key, it means you ripped the tape off the box. Unless you REALLY want to fuck someone over, I doubt you will spend time re-putting together the box and bringing in some tape. I don't even put the game back in the box I just put it behind the box when I put the box back. If that tape is ripped off in ANYWAY they will not sell it. At all. Which means nobody will buy it/be fucked over. As for the retailer? You get 2 groups of invoices - 1 is 'credit' and 1 is 'receiving'. This would go in the credit pile which is out of dates/damages items. They get sent back, and you don't get your money back but they either trade it out dollar for dollar for the same product or they give you a chunk of what you paid for it off on your next invoice. Rather then paying 1000 for the stuff that comes in you might pay 950 if they don't trade it out. Trade outs generally be just beer, but I've seen other stuff when the merchandisers come in every 3-6 months.

Whats worse? Stealing from a massive soulless corporation that is basically employing a bunch of dead end minimum wage slaves while the corporate overlords wallow in the cash of the very people they employ, because those people can't actually afford to shop anywhere else. Or supporting some shady hacker who will probably take your money and then not update the hack frequently.
I see arguments for both sides. Walmart sucks, in general Pay for hacks are unreliable cash grabs.
Let the one without sin throw the first stone.
