Hi bro! In our time, this is not a problem. There are many services that are willing to do everything instead of you, do not have a good understanding of photoshop. The main thing is to choose the program that suits you best. Personally, my recommendation - download retouchme, it is not free, but very cheap. And in return, you get a great service, which in a few minutes he will process your photos, and professionally! If you're willing to pay for it, such a symbolic amount, you'll get a great program. If not ready, then look among the heap of free programs with eternal advertising and defective functionality. But if you are interested in my answer, then click here and enjoy.

Yes, many professional photographers use this tool. You can make different effects which depends on the photo and also on the way you want to present it. Like example check headshot photography and how these photos look.

Put the effort in and learn Photoshop. It's worth, it trust me. Learning it many years ago got me where I am today.

If your not even going to attempt to make an effort try photoshop fix or facetune on a phone.
