    This topic was discussed so often. You have to learn the mechanics of games and anti-cheat routines (reverse engineering etc.). Additional to that you should have advanced programming skills to create a hack/cheat for a game.

    It's not like: 'humm ... today I'll learn C++ and create an undetected multi-hack for diablo 3'

    It will be a long and not easy way.

    I bet you can be less lazy. First of all you could use the good old Google to search for terms like 'game hacking' or 'tutorial game hacking' and start with simple memory hacks. Play around a bit with tools like CheatEngine and some older games where you can't get banned for trying out some stuff.

    Second thing you could do (after you've learned the basics) is searching here on d3scene or other forums for opensource hacks, coding tutorials or codesnippets. In our WC3 forum or even SC2 area you'll find some stuff to start (opensource hacks etc.). But like I said, no one will guide you step by step.

    As he said, as blunt and painful as it may be...

    First spend 2 years learning C++
    or maybe 6 months, first basic programming then more advanced topics that will lead up to "hacking".
    If you've learned the concepts of programming in some language you've learned the concepts in all languages(for the most part), mainly the logic; but every language has it's own syntax.

    You say "I bet you can be more specific"
    as if you expect him to hand feed you along the whole way;
    making image/video tutorials along the way.

    And as mentioned already. Everything is out there, you just need to start googling.
    Start with C++ tutorials from the start of nothing, then as you progress you can learn about injection and hooking other processes which will put you on your way to becoming a master hacker.

    Hacks are commonly written in C++. But in order to make one, you would need to know the language pretty well.

    If you don't want to pay for lessions there are a lot of tutorials/guides/sources all over the internet which are worth a look. But you will need a lot of dedication

    A few things on your knowledge shopping list:

    1.) C++
    2.) Win32 API / Operating system
    3.) A good game-coding w/ directx related book
    4.) ASM
    5.) RE

    That's a start to your heroic path of making uber undetected hacks. Have the endurance? Most don't.
