I think they trademark: Diablo III "the rise of evil" or however they will name it.

Ofcourse like ZoiD wrote, simply trademarking Diablo is impossible.

they can trademark a video game named diablo, with the concept that you as a -insert character here- go through dungeons to get to 'hell' and kill the devil.
