Reading Steam/User ID of Other Players

I just can't seem to find any working pointers. Names are easy, but so far no luck with those IDs.

Shouldn't they be easy to find? I've tried searching for all types of values in CE and switch between live games, but no address was correc tfor more than 2 games.

Is there no other solution? I'd like to keep it small and clean to give it to a few other people. All I need is the Steam or Dota ID of players in my match. I've been scanning pointers for almost 20 hours now and went up to level 9 without finding any working ones. Names were easy but are not unique.

Is the ID somehow encrypted or protected?

Idk is this going to help you but I'll say it

First go Steam then View then Settings and go to Interface and check display Steam URL address bar

Now when you are ingame go scoreboard and click on player name and go view steam profile (if he isn't marked options to have private proflie in Dota) now you will see address bar in his profile page with his id // custom id ,if he have custom id and you still wanna his full id in numbers then just go to steamrep and you will get his full id.

Not sure is this what was you looking for or not...but w/e

Thanks, but I'd prefer to read it from memory. Right now I'm searching for patterns and it's working, but it's unlikely to be a final solution.

I doubt you can do it externally but you could try with some intern. functions

I'm pretty sure you can get those just by parsing the last line from the server.log file on dota folder.
