What is the difference between Personal, Premier, and Business accounts?
Question : Answer : All PayPal accounts allow you to send and receive payments.
- Personal accounts are mostly used for buying.
- Premier accounts are used for buying and selling using your personal name.
- Business accounts are for buying and selling using your business or corporate name.
You pay a low transaction fee when you receive payment for goods or services, or receive payments from friends and family made using a debit or credit card (the sender can choose to pay this fee). For complete information, see the fees section of our User Agreement.fees are as follows-
Seller- 1.9-2.9% + $0.30 USD
When doing a personal transfer (from/to a US acct (probably the same worldwide as long as both accts are from the same country)
-Free if money comes from bank or paypal balance
-2.9% + $0.30 if money comes from a debit/credit card
TL: DR- Fees seem the same for all account types, and the Premier account does not seem to cost extra.
