Training Parkour!

This is a discussion on Training Parkour! within the Entertainment board part of the General category; the endurance comes as you go... but the main thing is being safe. start small, like a 4-5 foot high ...

    the endurance comes as you go... but the main thing is being safe. start small, like a 4-5 foot high jump on to something. get comfortable with your abilities and know what you can and CANT do. always have a friend, if not multiple.

    if you catch up with freerunning thats a good start imo
    watch freerunning volume 1 on youtube and maybe get some inspire but ofcourse start small and work up
    when ready, maybe start some sport to get the athletic body first
