D3scene - Board usage

I cant seem to give rep to anyone... i saw a nice guide on HoN and click the +rep button but it said i cant give rep twice for the same post...
seems okay...

but heres the thing..

nvr gave rep for that post yet... tried with other posts to...

the alert says i cant give +rep more than once for each post even tho i nvr gave him +rep yet...

can you guys fix this?

IRC Channel

Heya,

Diesel and I suggested this quite some time ago, but the thread was about something else, so I will do a new one.

Is anyone interested in D3Scene having an IRC channel? I personally prefer IRC over the shoutbox because:
1. The shoutbox can be pretty slow sometimes.
2. The shoutbox is only IRC for lulz.
3. For me, Firefox seems to exceed 400MB of RAM usage when I have one or two tabs of D3scene open after a time, that way it would ease communication while playing.

Please note that it is not enough if just 2 people do this. We need the majority of active members to have an opinion on it. So please, no matter what rank you are or what reputation you have, tell us what you think.

Furthermore, I propose Rizon as IRC Network we go for, it provides free Bouncers for nicknames that are registered for more than 7 days. Later on, we might even be able to get our own IRC server, it's not much effort, as long as Hendrik got root access to our host.

Edit: I didn't even notice we had an IRC board, lols, but yeah, all ideas of this pretty much died, so I think this is still the thread for it. Move it to the IRC section if you think it belongs there~

Till 3 days ago, i got maill's from d3scene to replys at the posts i posted. But now i don't get any new mail from d3scene about what happend. Can someone fix this. Btw sorry for my bad english, i'm tired right now...

[Suggestion] Splitting up the Warcraft 3 Hacks Section

I posted it a while ago, but there was no decision made.
In my opinion the Section "Warcraft 3 Hacks" is to be divided in a Battlenet and a Garena part, as there are many many threads for both platforms and this subcategory is very confusing.
It is not too complicated to do this, the mods just have to move all garena topics to the new subcategory.

Hello Staff,

On the File upload list you have .w3g (wc3 map extension). Some of the maps now have a .w3x extension. To help a long the process of getting maps and such on to the website it would be great if you could add this in.

everyone knows there are alot of topics with people asking for youtube video comments and ratings for +rep. so why not make a section for it? with a little planning it can be set up so its fair and useful for everyone whether your posting the video or commenting.

things that might be included:
1. 15 post minimum
2. +thanks only
3. doesnt count towards post count

tell me how you feel about this and post suggestions to add!!
