It stays pretty much like this after it reached 27% and restarted itself then jumped to 28%.

I tried googling, looking in the steam support and steam forums but nothing seems to work. Most of the cases i found was deleting clientregistry.blob. I tried that and it doesn't works.

My system specs are
Windows 7 (32bit)
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual core processor 5200+
2gb Ram
