    [Controls & Options - Guide]

    [Controls]
Faronnia Online has a few very basic controls which you should remember. Most of them are hotkeys, but are very useful.
    ..so lets get started!

    1.Basic Attack
This is the default/standard attack which you perform with a Left Click with the mouse. If you are equipping a sword,a spear or even a staff, you will walk up to a monster and hit him physically with your weapon.
On the other hand,if you are equipping a bow or a crossbow, you character will walk into range with the monster(about 10 metres distance) and start firing arrows or bolts.

    2.Advanced Attack (Skills)
Note: Any skill you want tu use to attack or you want to learn by using orbs, you use the Right Click button on the mouse.
Some weapons (especially swords) will have skills which come with them, and which can only be used with the specific weapons.
Example: Stab skill with Legendary Sword.
    Part-A : Class Skills
Elves and Knights for example will not have the same class skills - they know it since you start the game, such as the 'Shooting Star' skill for elves. These can usually be used with any weapons, and even sometimes without weapons.

    Part-B : Orbs & Spell Books(Learn Skills)
Orbs and Spell Books are what ALL characters use to learn skills.Lets first make a little dinstinction:
    1.Spell Books
    Type: Magic
Used by: Wizards,Magic Gladiators and Dark Lords
Learn: By level and Right Click

    2.Orbs
    Type: Physical Power Attacks
    Used by: Knights,Elves,Magic Gladiators
Learn: By level and Right Click
Most of these can be bought in NPC shops.
Spellbooks are found mostly at Milamber:
Orbs are found mostly at Hanz the Blacksmith:
Now that we have the skills covered lets get back to Controls.

    4.Menu & Options
To access the menu & game options nothing can be simpler.
In the Faronnia Game Client you will find a folder called 'Resolution' but there are different options ingame.

Press the D button on you keyboard and something like this should appear:

So as you can see,you can control the SFX and Music volume ration, you can switch characters, you can switch from one server channel to another and of course, you can exit the game.

That is all there is to it and I hope this helped!

    Good luck!

    Macros
    Location: Faronnia Online\Game Client\Data\macro.txt

Setting up a macros is like using Hot Keys. The player can set a sentence or command to any digit (0-9). To set the Macro the player must type "/ '#' " into the chat box, followed by its sentence or command.

ie. "/1 /post B> BK wings", now the global post to buy wings command is set to the number 1 macro.

To activate the Macro all the player must do is press ALT + the number the macro was set to. In the previous case ALT +1 would global post your message to buy wings.
