You will have to enter a trial key once you signed up for the trial. That's the clue.

ahh did not know that, I do remember doing a free trial a while back, but I don't remember having to enter a trial key, unless it was just some sort of promotion.

Nowadays it's neccessary to enter the key, which I give away
