    Converting .jar files to .ali

I have a couple files that I can't seem to convert em. I have read a couple of the guides on how to do it, but my computer knowledge doesn't extend that far. Could anyone convert them and then send them to me? If anyone can it would be greatly appreciated.

My phone doesn't recognize it as an application unless its in a .ali or .alx format, there are several guides on how to do it I just don't understand how to use the programs that you have to use.
