    Arrow Need network help... BADLY!

Hey guys I got a Netgear WPN824 RangeMax Wireless Router and a Speedtouch 546i v6 routermodem and i get disconnected from internet exactly every 10th minute, also i cant access http://192.168.1.1, it says speedtouch on the log in, so i cant configurate Netgear settings, so they might have same IP, how do i fix it? Umm, I know this sounds a little obvious, but call the 1-800 number, that's what its there for.

Yeah, if you call the wrong one then they will probably direct you to the right one.

They may only put you on hold for 45min!!!!11 :sarcasm:

Well to me it sounds like a router problem, are you wireless? and call the 1-800 number for the router not the ISP they really only deal with Modems

yes im wireless, i switched PCI adapter and is working now, just a slight delay when playing wow but working good, also if im gonna call my ISP i have to pay for the call, it aint a 1-800 Oo (greedy bastards ) if the problem shows up again i will call Netgear (which is a 1-800 number)
