Probably add that they only applicated for Mod if they are elder user at least.
Fix mod color (PM hend or justin for the colorcode)
Maybe add "How to report posts" and an explaination (only for things against the rules not for "CANT DL H4XX")

But i think it would do better in the FAQ, since new members possible rather look in there, than in the threads for info like this.. ^^
