You could get an external with another OS and boot off that and access your files and copy them ova into a sandbox ( To stop the virus )
Then re-install windows and update your windows and AV so when you put your files back the worm will be deleted.

if you can enter the windows repair console, there is a way to back up your data if you're having an usb stick/harddrive connected. it was on the site i found my way and was the second choice if the first way doesnt work. its all german though :/
(which lead into my bumpy translation)

    ^using CHROME now

(it was not caused by a virus, but i couldn't boot in safe mode too)

    insert recovery cd (windows cd)
    boot from cd
    press r
(maybe you need to choose the right destination and type in the pw, i did not)
now you get sth like C:\WINDOWS
    you could try: CHKDSK C:"
    and / or
"fixboot" and ENTER, afterwards confirm with J (for me), maybe Y or w/e for you.
now type EXIT and enter. afterwards it booted again here.
    good luck
    Yep that works
