How would I go about retrieving deleted Internet history?

Im trying to find this youtube video I saw, I deleted my history a couple days ago so I no longer have the link to it. If anyone knows a way to get my history back or something , I'd appreciate the help.

I can't remember where I found the video from, but I believe it was from some forum so maybe someone knows the video..
It showed a "author" that was revealing his secret for relaxation, which was doing a butterfly stretch while trying to push his feet as close to his crotch as possible. Its basically just some wierd funny video.

Thanks in advance for any help!
