You mean in warcraft III? If so: You must earn 25 wins with orc, then go into ur profile. Click on "Select Icon" and click on the troll picture. Click ok. Click back. GG done.

If you mean here in d3scene, click on "User CP", edit avatar, select it, press save, gg done.

First of all you have to get 25 wins with orcish horde.

when u finish this condition, press right mouse button at ur battle.net account, or just click twice with left button.

in left top corner u have a button called "select icon"

then pick icon u wish to have, press ok, and leave profile.

Always when u made first 25 wins, peon face automatically turns into xx icon

if in community just go to user cp and find the icon in change avitar... or you can upload a pic to photobucket or flikr and use that
