    Serious Question

The past few days, the left side of my jaw hurts. Like the part right above the cheek, where the jaw opens. When I open my mouth, it hurts bad, and when I close it too fast, it hurts even worse. Night time sucks, because I yawn alot. Since I cant get the "full" yawn because the pain, I end up yawning more to make up for it.

I thought that it would go away after a few days, so I ignored it. Today at work however, I had asked my mom about it, and she said it might be from grinding my teeth at night. The only problems I thought about, is that I have NEVER been a teeth grinder, and IF it was from teeth grinding, wouldnt both sides hurt ?

you don't have to literally "grind" them for this to occur, it may be due to an inherent tension that is caused by your nervous system. Anxiety causes your jaw to tighten, often the tightening is not noticeable because the teeth do not actually grind, or even make contact, it is just a rigidity that is not normal, and the muscles tense in such a way that the jaw is pushed out of it's normal allignment. Upon relaxation, this misallignment becomes aparrent in the form of aching. This may be a sign that you've been too high strung lately and I would recommend a muscle relaxer or possibly mild CNS depressant

Ohhh you're asking us to be serious!

    Too much cock .

But srsly, go see a doctor, maybe your lymph nodes are fucked or something. (No idea)

film yourself while you're sleeping and then force wimminz to watch video and provide suitable evidence of teeth-grinding? Since you use your teeth to eat, and all wimminz do is mek de f00d in teh k1tch3nZ, they h'experteezies.

Did you already forget I am on house arrest =( BUT I only have 11 more days, so if it still hurts after that, I will DEF see my doctor about it.

It could be from grinding your teeth, I know a few people who just started randomly doing it one night, and have done it since, and they suffer from jaw pain. It could just be tension though, like sleeping strange, etc. If it hurts as much as it sounds, I would recommend going to a doctor.

And yeah, they can't refuse you from getting treatment from a doctor, even if you are on home arrest.
