I believe the ACPI\PNPA000 hardware ID belongs to SPTD, and that's used for virtual drives. Do you use anything like Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, or Virtual CloneDrive? Those are all ISO mounting software. :p
If you do, then that's what it is and the error then it's nothing to worry about; it's just because Windows doesn't handle SPTD properly, in my experience. If not, I'll look in to it further.
look i used deamon befor 6 months or more and i delete it less than 1 month. also i think i downloaded virtual clonedrive because i was searching for virtual dj xD. but i am not sure for the second :/

try checking for loose cables
I agree with DAN_DA_MAN. Try checking for cables that are a bit loose.
