Okay in order to plaguerize something that something has to be a copyrighted piece of literature. And all though im sure they have a term of use there at mmownd. But legallity on the internet does not exist, getting something copyrighted costs money and months of waiting i know this because i own a small company. So that said, if for some reason they did take up a lawsuit with the scene it would be an utter failure, and the judge would just laugh at them.
the internet is neutral, the only way you can plaguerize something off the internet, IS IF ITS ORIGIN IS NOT THE INTERNET.
thats in canada anyways, but as far as i know our net nuetrality laws are the same. so my advice is just tell mmownd to get bent.
AND BESIDE THOSE FACTS, is the fact that both websites revolve around exploiting copyrighted programs, therefor if they were to bring up a lawsuit they themselves risk getting shutdown. So they are nothing but empty threats. I will talk to my lawyer on monday and see if i am right.
