I don't believe in any god.
If there's a god then he must be an a*shole.
(I don't want to insult anyone with this but that's my real opinion)
I mean, kids who die in the age of 10 because of some disease and mass murderers like stalin can just enjoy their life.

I let people believe in everything they want.
But I'm against every kind of church. Imo, they just want your money. Religions should be for free.

Edit: Since you want to know something about me too:
    16 years old,
    from germany,
    non-religious family.

    Definitly not an easy topic.

I am an evangelical christ and baptized but I don't really believe in their values. I have my own opinion in things that happens or happened. Some people try to explain it with religious reasons or religious meanings but I think our whole world is straight physical explainable. Well, the humans don't have an answer to all questions but I guess it's better if we don't know all. For example when will someone die (exact date and time) or if there are any creatures on other planets.

When you look back into history you'll see that the Church and any religious things were bad for the humanity.
The people got robbed by church for senseless and high taxes or they had to spend money to get "religious inspiration". There were people who got burned because they were "witches" or not being believers. They were the crusades or the destruction of the jews or today the fanatic islamic terrorists.

You see that religion is even one more reason for people to get money, justify their madness, begin a war or to make differents between humans.

We should finally realize that we're all ONE race, no differents in language, skin color or religion and stop the massacre in the world.

    ;-)

With every animal (dogs, cats, horses etc.) there are races.
Why should the human be an exception for races?

But I agree that we shouldn't make any difference because we're all human.
(I don't want that other people call me a racist or something like that)

I honestly believe religon can be a good thing even though I don't believe in a "God-like" being. I think religon is what people use to propel themselves out of bed every morning to think they have a purpose in life, to actually mean something. Religon can be good if that's what keeps those people moving from day to day but the instant moment that you try pushing your religon on someone else it because wrong. We've had so many wars over religous differences it's not even funny. And for various other reasons I have god doubts. That's my opinion. :p

    Hard topic indeed....

There have been many religions... and they change over time... They split up and they die out..

Norse, Greek, Egyptian, Mayans, Aztects etc.. (sure there are plenty more) all "died" when something bigger came.

Some people need to have faith in something bigger than what they can see and hear and I respect that, but using it as an excuse to discriminate, kill, exile or enslave people? Thats where people take their faith to far if you ask me.

I dont belive in god, spirits, karma or anything overnatural. But I respect other people's faith, unless they start to rage about me being a non beliver or not being "I ARE RIGHT!!!"-typish. (I enjoy debates with fanatics xD)

Well I am baptished as my family is and go to church if I must to show respect. (weddings, funerals etc.) and I am 19. Raised to belive in what I sence.

I once asked the village priest: "Do you belive in God?"
He replied: "When I am in the church."

@Will write moar on this post later. gotta eat.

And a little warning. These types of topics usually gets closed cuz of flaming, so watch what you guys write.

But we are an exception for races. We've evolved into Gods in our own right, over other beings on the planet. Is it because we are more intelligent? Yes, but what exactly is our 'intelligence' credited to?

Its perversion. This 'perversion' allows us to have more extreme positive and negative impulses. We are masters of the world (although we depend on it with our lives), because we are the only species to want knowledge, to want power, to maintain its supremacy and therefore its very existence by knowing as much as we can with our given physical and mental capacities.

Look around you, then do some thinking of your own.
We might be Gods of the Universe. by being the only 'intelligent' life-form. Although the suspicion of UFOs would completely remove that theory.
