Are you going to buy a precomposed computer or are you going to build it by yourself?

there are much better forums for hardware topics,
but yea, the i5 2600(k) series seem very strong

generally you build your pc, with that CPU, make sure you get a decent power suppply, dont spend too much less money on the motherboard (usb3) + XXX (try to get the best bang for you buck) but leave out the gfx
--->now spend everthing you can afford on the gfx-card

congratulations, you got yourself a gaming rig.

    ^using CHROME now

No. If you are going to use the computer for gaming you should priority the GFX card. But your GPU performance will be reduced if you dont have a good enough CPU and Motherboard (Also called as Bottleneck)
