Those games aren't free to play they are more P2W pay to win.

Yea sure they are often graphically more beautiful and gameplay vise more challenging but I hate the fact that if someone has more cash then me can easily buy some form of an advantage over me and beat the crap of me.

For that I can just go live my life.
So to conclude yes sure they are graphically stunning, gameplay innovative and story interesting.
But to call them free is really going to far. Those studios make more money then WoW and Blizzard.
I remember when there was a article which said that Zenga (maker of "free" facebook games) was amongst worlds top 3 most wealthy studios.

So I mostly play those kind of games for month or 3 and then I stop when I come to the lvl where I need to cash out to be equal to others of my lvl.

I don't play pay to win games. I think they are stupid.

Rich people end up being the best in the game. dafuq.

My point was that most of the so called F2P games are actually P2W games because in one way or another you can buy an advantage over other players.

I get that. I'm just saying I usually stay away from those games. The ones where you can tell that you can purchase Armor/weapons or upgrades that only people with cash can get.

Those P2W games where always lacking. I tried quite a handful (mostly shooters though, no rpgs). Either the servers sucked or the gfx was outdated.

The new generation of f2p games is insane.
Blacklight Retribution may lack in direct comparison to cod/bf/cs, but if there are unique features, you wont look back.
Tribes Ascend/BLR/HoN/LoL are just insane for being f2p. (and not p2w, the actual ingame advantage are minor)
It's a bit more in tf2, but that game used to be p2p afterall. (and is still awesome, I just dont dig it Oo)
Rise of Immortal (imho a lol and not a dota clone) is also nice, but IMHO way inferior to LoL/HoN

And Dota2 is going to be f2p also...
