    Question about E-mail providers

Perhaps somebody knows something about web.de and gmx.net
I've made there some e-mail accounts and in non of them I could login.
They say password incorect. I've noticed the password and it's impossible to be wrong.
Tried this 1 week and then I give up.
Now they want me to talk a hotline for 4€ where they help me (support-hotline)
Is this a systematic thing, or have I just been hacked? :/

I'd say you got hacked rather than the whole system being mistaken (One would've noticed something like that in some online newspaper for sure).
As far as I know you have to pay ~4€ as a free user but receive free support as premium user. You might consider doing that (if it's cheaper).
Other than that, it's only 4€ you have to pay ONCE per call.

Yes ok. But how could I be hacked, Never telled the e-mail adress to anyone. And sometimes this was happening after 3 hours I've made the account o.0

so I think, they do that, for forcing us, or me, to spend money that they could use for their buisness.

Getting keylogged is quite easy nowadays if you have no idea what you run.

Well chances are some anti virus/malware can look for it. But I think Malwarebytes can do it. If it doesn't check for anything, then programs that you installed can be loaded with a keylogger. Such as anti viruses that claim to be an anti virus program.

Just write 'msconfig' in start search and look for autostart and you'll see what shit you have..

'HijackThis' is a nice tool to check through your system. Other than that you might use some AV and have it look through your whole system for malicious stuff (implying it will only find positives that are already detected).
