Would You Recomend GW

Im thinking about getting guild wars and would like some recomendations, i play WoW and counter strike, is guild wars a good game plz reply i would like to know about...... well guild wars and some of its features ive heard its quite a good game so plz reply...........

It is a decent game, but, due to having no subscription fee, there are even more annoying children then in WoW, and to have a fun gaming experience, you must group with others, or else you are alone in a world that is set up as your own instance.

yah like volund said its desent if u have some friends that will play with u but if ur going by ur self its really to easy to beat i mean twenty lvls for one char and the first 10 u can do in a weekend if u just started even

Its OK but if you want a good mmorpg get AoC its an awesome game but if your not a fan of nudity and decapitation i suggest you dont get AoC. You wont find any kiddies on this game.

i know this post is probly old but ima list things about guild wars
pros/cons
1: u can paint ur own armour
2: edit ur own capes
3: capes are the guild symbol such as if u change guilds ur cape changes depending on the guilds
4: guilds can own their own lands
5: u can buy merchants and a bank for that land
6: they are people not buildings and they are pre placed u cant decide where u want them (refering to #5)
7: u can mix match professions such as a monk/necromancer which leads to alot of fun combos
8: each class has their own strengths and weaknesses so there is no one all mighty class like warlock
9: pvp is phenomanal there are different types of pvp games to play
10: guild vs guild
11: unlike wow u are limited to 8 skills so u must think carefully and this is where most people screw up and dislike the game (note i said most, not all) they throw random skills to gether and try it and fail, this is a game u use ur brain in
(i will add much more to this list but im falling asleep i had list up to 30 and still was going earlier but i had minor power outage)
