To utilize this leveling it requires you to have Prophecies, Nightfall, and Eye of the North. With this pattern I was able to build up a monk from level 1 to level 20 in 3.5 hours. This also requires some gold I would guess between 8 – 12k.

1. Create your character in Nightfall.
2. Get to Kamadan as soon as possible.
3. Ask for a Ferry to the docks (this will cost some gold)
4. After reaching the docks, You should go ahead and get armor while you are here, and then Ask for Ferry to LA (this will cost some gold)
5. From LA you need to Hench up and head to D’Alessio Seaboard

Now here’s the fun part once you’re at D’Alessio Seaboard you need to use you map “M” ad select the option for “More Options” in the drop down list. This will allow you to select the Asia Server or the Europe Server, etc. I always use Asia it’s never busy. The key here is to have an empty server and for no one else to be around to leech xp. So let’s use Asia, China server and map to it now run to the big wooden gate and stand by it, you will see the enemies (whatever they are) rushing the gate and trying to get and the gate defenses will kill them. If you stand there and have the enemies in your agro bubble you get the xp for the kill. The reason no one else can be in the server is because this only happens when the first person enters the server otherwise it just continues running and those enemies are already dead. This only lasts for a minute at best and then you will suddenly stop getting xp so map out and stay in Asia but goto Korea server and do the same thing. Keep switching back and forth until you make level 10. With Level 10 you can now enter the Eye of the North.

6. Map back to LA.
7. Take “What Lies Beneath” from Len Caldoron.
8. Once in Boreal Station, I accept all quest but I think the important one is against the Destroyers.
9. Head out and speak with Jora then proceed to Eye of the North which your quest should lead you too.
10. From there enter the Hall of Monument, talk to the scrying pool, Gwen, Vekk, and Ogden, accept all quests
11. Leave Eye of the North with Heros and Hench, talk to Jora
12. Take left and run to Gunnar’s Hold (this can be hard so you can buy a run from Eye of the North)

Now you are ready for 10 – 20.

13. If you have gold go to the rare scroll trader and buy a few Scroll of Hero's Insight
14. Now go and speak with Kilroy Stonekin, take the Punch the Clown quest
15. Beat that quest (Be sure to equip the Brass knuckles before you start)
16. Once complete talk to Kilroy again to get your reward and then again to take Punch-Out Extravaganza
17. Once you enter this quest pop one of the Scroll of Hero's Insight, these last for 10 minutes and that’s about how long it takes to get through the cave. (This also happens to be a pretty nice farming area)
18. Once complete talk to Kilroy get your reward and then map out to a different district and talk to Kilroy again he should still have the Punch-Out quest
19. Keep doing this till Level 20.
