VBSeo Guide? Please?

How to install VBSeo On a VB Board?

I've googled abit but it's all hard for me to understand. I'd like a step by step on where to place all files, in which folders the files are to be dropped, Or if there is anything to be done in AdminCp after that is done. Let's call it a full package step-by-step.

Anyone knows? :p
