The second volume to my PayPal guides.

Once again this guide is mainly based on a US basis. I have no idea really if any other countries can use this guide, but it's worth a try. This earns me about $1 on average on a typical day. I will be teaching you one type of offer you can do, which is the one I'm using, and is a daily offer so you can do it everyday. Payments via PayPal are near INSTANT on this site, but you must reach a $5 minimum cashout to do get paid first though.

2. Fill out your information. Your username, email, password, first and last name, and your phone number. They will NOT give out your information to other advertisers, so don't worry about anything. Just enter in your real information, especially your phone number, as you will have to call with the number you entered when signing up to get your account verified.

3. Now go confirm your email they sent to you, and then get to the main page. You may notice that you got 50 cents free for signing up, just a nice treat from them. Look at the top "tabs" on the page there should be some rectangles that contain the word "Forum", "Account", "Offers", "Support", and "Logout". Click on the Offers "tab", and it'll redirect you to the offers.

4. Now look on the left side of the page under a text in blue letters that has blue dot to the left of it, it should say "Categories". Click on the drop-down menu and browse and look for "Daily Offers". Click that. If you do not see any offers, then skip to step 8.

5. Go down, and there should be some rectangles that has information with the offer name, approval rating, some stars if there is some, the value of the offer, a "Done", "Ignore", and "Report" button. Click on the offer name.

6. Now it'll open up a new tab on your browser, and wait for the page to completely load. Click only ONE link on the landing page, and it'll open up another tab. Wait for that to completely load, and go back to your CashPirate tab. Click on the "Done" button, and it'll be pending. These offers generally get approved by the Admins themselves via their time at midnight.

7. Pretty much that's all there is to it for this type of offer. Just do that for every one of those offers in the DAILY OFFERS, and you'll get them into a pending state, and later approved. Please only click ONE link on the landing pages, as clicking more may lead them to either disable those offers for you, or possibly at worse ban you.

8. I'm not entirely sure myself if you can see daily offers even though your unverified, but if not, then click on the "Cashout" button on the main page on the left side, and it should have a phone number to call and full instructions on how to get verified. Be sure to speak slowly and clearly as humans are listening to your messages. Spell out words that aren't "regular" such as "azn". They do not verify phone numbers on the weekends, but I do believe that you can still leave your message for them. Wait 24-48 hours for your account to get verified. The point of being verified is so that they know your not a bot, and so you can cashout your money you earn there. If you do not get verified in 24-48 hours after calling (exclude weekends), then re-call again.

Oh I see now.. Like 99% of the forums I go to have a topic with the rules. Never saw one with the rules in the FAQs, my bad mate.
