Reinstall your system and your iTunes library, or just get your music, videos and photos off your iPod, and save them to your computer
1.go to music in ipod when connected to computer
    2.select the songs
3.drag to the itunes area for music
    4.your done
Know more about how to transfer music from iPod touch to computer, which included the detailed tutorials of how to transfer your music from iPod to PC.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!

    EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, WRONG.
You can only transfer music from itune to your ipod, You can't do it the other way becuase that's how itune was set up to prevent people sharing music that they purchased in the store

You can either transfer music from iPod Touch to computer and other content from your backup of your downloads/library that you should be keeping and maintaining (File > Add To Library).
Or if you haven't got a backup copy the you should be able to copy your iTunes purchases back via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option. To copy back non-iTunes purchases (e.g. music coped from CDs) you will need to use a third-party program on your computer.
