Shakespeare is so boring to read though, I had to read Romeo and Juliet, and Othello in ninth grade.
Remember if someone helps you/posts something usefulthem.
othello is really good on stage, or in movie version, the james earl jones version was really cool (the guy who voiced darth vader for those who dont know)
I've read two books from shakespeare: Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet. I really liked Hamlet, some how I just thought it was cool but Romeo and Juliet really really sucked in my honest opinion. Love story aren't what I like I guess.
If you got any request, about anything, feel free to PM me. I'm not as bitchy as I seem lol.
i agree with you, that was one of his worst works, hamlet, othello, julius ceasar, and a few others are really good tho, dont just assume all of shakespear's works are "girly"
Hm i did Macbeth. Its a good story... battle, Murder, Suicidal crazy wife, insane king, another battle. makes a good story. I think i did another one aswell but i can't remember the book it was like 3 years ago lol when i was in high school.
I don't get how people actually think english people spoke the way he wrote in them days where it was likely that it wasn't even read like that whilst acted but i suppose no one will know ^_^.
Sorry You're Not A Winner
that IS how they wrote at least.... i beleve also spoken same way.... its old english... kinda weird huh?
Hm yeah, there were thousands more english words back then aswell... now we speak such a bad language its unbelievable, the amount of mistakes in it.
Why is English so hard to learn? Abit off topic but its a funny page to do with english language
not too sure about it being spoken like that but its interesting to read atleast. Romeo & Juliet was okay and yeah i remember i did A midsummer nights dream which was also a pretty good story.
