MapleStory - Global English Site

Go there, click Downloads and Game/Pathces. Then scroll to the bottom and click "Download Manual Patch".

Simple enough. That is if you are on MapleStory Global, if you are on the European, you do the same, but like this:

Europe: MapleStory Europe -> Game Download -> Manual Patch .EXE
